Essay

The dissertation presents the author's understanding of modern prerequisites and perspective directions of development of the marketing management methodology, which provides a high efficiency of industrial enterprises' activity. It offers recommendations as to the improvement of management and development of economic entities and the overcoming of topical conceptual contradictions in the theory of applied economic problems. The paper investigates the evolution of scientific views concerning the definition and semantic content of scientific categories related to the theory of efficiency of an enterprise development, its marketing conceptions and the progress of the complex of its instruments. The dissertation provides the basis for determining economic efficiency and optimization of industrial enterprises' marketing activity. Prerequisites and modern tendencies of progress of global marketing systems are studied. The progress of the global and national shipbuilding market trends is examined. The economic results of the activity of economic entities in Ukraine are appraised, as well as prospects and resources of business growth for Ukrainian machine builders due to progressive use and development of their marketing potential. Scenarios and strategies of the development of Ukrainian shipbuilding in 2010-2020 are offered, including macroeconomic levers of national enterprises' integration in the global system of economic ties and mechanisms of providing stability and efficiency of enterprises' development in the global marketing systems.
