Paliy S. Cloud mechanisms of generation of information and organizational environment of pre-university training of foreigners.

The object of research - is process of cloud formation and development of information and organizational environment pre university training of foreigners. Main scientific results: at first, was built a model of cloud information and organizational environment of training for foreigners, developed a method of construction and model of calligraphy exerciser; improved a model and methods of use of social networks into systems of distance learning, a model and method of machine translation systems by distance education; took further development method of recommendation systems. The results of the dissertation are implemented in the preparatory department for foreign citizens KNUBA, in the work of Virtual University of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, at the faculty for foreign students Cherkasy State Technological University, at retraining and qualification upgrading for specialists that conducts Research and Production Enterprise "ASA".
