Petrashchuk M. Instruments of corporate securities market in providing of innovative development of Ukraine's economy

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations and practical use of the instruments of corporate securities market in providing of innovative development of Ukraine's economy. The economic content of innovative development is deepened; the economic conditions of its providing are determined by factors, including organizational, institutional and financial character. Theoretical positions of the use of corporate securities in support of innovative development are formulated. The author's definition of corporate securities of innovative direction's emission is proposed. The research of relationship between the corporate securities market and innovative development of economy is substantiated the necessity of supplement the general list of functions by innovative one. The theoretical approaches to the classification of corporate securities in terms of addition the target purpose of emission, which delineate it into directions (general direction's emission, capital-making direction's emission, innovative direction's emission), are further developed.
