Ramazanova U. Administrative and Legal Status of Civil Groups

This thesis is devoted to researching the questions of the administrative and legal status of civil groups. Theoretic and legal foundation, the legal sense, structure of civil groups, as well as their co-functioning with internal affairs agencies has been determined. Amendments to the applicable legislative instruments stipulating civil groups' activity have been proposed. The nature of civil groups' status has been revealed, their types and peculiarities have been emphasized, the principles of their creation and functioning have been defined, the legal sense and structure of the administrative and legal status has been analyzed, the peculiarities of creation and public registration of civil groups have been determined, the ways of their improvement have been pointed out, as well as their rights and responsibilities have been defined. Simultaneously, the co-functioning of civil groups with internal affairs agencies has been described.
