Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to developing and perfection of methods of planning chemical composition of enamel glasses and corrosion-resistant coatings with the increased chemical proof for the steel tanks of water-heater devices and other wares of the domestic and technical setting. Interrelation between water resistance and chemical composition of borosilicate enamel glasses and coatings of the different functional setting has been investigated. The results of the researches are generalized as the mathematical models which describe the dependence of proof of glass-enamels coatings to the action of hot water from quantitative content of base oxide components in them. Using the set conformities to the calculation methodology of estimation of chemical proof of borosilicate enamels of the different functional setting has been worked out, using this methodology optimal oxide compositions and basic technological parameters of receipt corrosion-resistant of porcelain and direct - on enamel coatings for wares from low-carbon steel have been created. The developed enamel coatings have been passed production tests well on TOV "Novomoskovs'ki posud", and their technical novelty is confirmed by the patent of Ukraine in invention
