In the thesis outlines the main results of a comprehensive study of the problem of state regulation of integrated structures in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, positive and negative trends in their operation. The essence and nature of economic integration, the major components of organizational- economic mechanism of state regulation of integration of agricultural production are examined. The development of vertically integrated structures in agricultural production in the emerging market economy are analyzed. The process of formation of state regulation of integration in agriculture are investigated. The effectiveness of the operation of integrated structures and the monitoring of economic relationships between participants integration are performed.The directions of improvement of infrastructure integrating agricultural production, conceptual foundations the strategy of development of integrated structure, improving state regulation of integration processes are proposed.
