Object of research: marketing intellectual assets as a socio-economic category. Objective: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and approaches to the assessment and recommendations for improving state regulation of the marketing of intellectual assets of the national economy. Methods: system analysis and logical modeling, correlation and regression and cluster analysis methods of expert assessments, SWOT / TOWS analysis, taxonomic methods. Practical importance is to develop recommendations to improve state regulation of the marketing of intellectual assets at the micro and macro level. Scientific novelty. Improved methodological basis for determining the integral indicator of marketing intellectual assets of the national economy, which is the development and integration of advanced computing techniques complex comparative indices of development countries. An approach to the evaluation and calculation scheme proved integral indicator of marketing intellectual assets of the enterprise, allowing a more detailed assessment of the impact of market components and the feasibility of marketing companies intellectual assets of the national economy. Results of the thesis used in the regional state administration, PJSC "Turbogaz", as well as in the educational process of Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazina.
