Volkov V. Selection-genetic and Biological Features of the Ukrainian Dairy Cattle of Black-motley Milking Breed in Different Lines

Object of research: estimation procedure of major and minor signs of breeding cows of different lines Ukrainian black-speckled breast breed selection significant (marker) in their selection of biological and genetic characteristics. Objective: to justify the value of having various animals, corrections selection and breeding herds Ukrainian black-speckled dairy breed because of its linear supplies and biological features. Methods: molecular-genetic (PCR), histological (microscopic analysis of the skin), biometric (variational statistical, variance, correlation, entropy and information analysis, mathematical modeling), common in animal science and economics research methods. Theoretical and practical results: in theory - the expediency of an integrated assessment for identifying the presence of differentiating features, which can and should determine the genetic, population-statistical techniques and histological studies. In practical - improved methods of estimation of economically useful traits based on rock-structural elements - lines - make it possible to use them predictable, providing an increase of 0.43 ... 18.42% productivity in livestock breeding plants south-central region of Ukraine. Novelty: the first time, the possibility of forecasting levels milking cows breed lines, based on histological features of their skin; availability, as well as the prevalence of certain mutations in BLAD breed in general and in particular gene pools of separate lines, specificity rock-linear difference cattle gene polymorphism in kapa-casein, beta-lakoglobulina, leptin and growth hormone. Was developed further provision requiring a differentiated approach to forecasting milk production of cows, including and certain lines in their growth processes heifers; presence and nature of variation of the main signs of breeding cattle in the lines and differentiation between the structural elements in attracting rock entropy and information analysis (EIA); ambiguous effect of stabilizing selection on the formation of certain lines of cattle milk production traits and body. Degree of implementation: The results are used in the preparation of programs of breeding work with Ukrainian black-speckled dairy breed in PJSC "Plemzavod "Stepenoy" Zaporozhye region. Scope of Use - livestock, particularly dairy cattle.
