Pelekhatyy A. Financial support of the development of rural territorial communities

Object: processes and tools of the financial support of rural territorial communities development in Ukraine. Objective: justification the theoretical and methodological principles and developing the practical recommendations for improving the financial support of rural territorial communities development and enhancing their financial capacity. Methods: logic generalization, analysis, comparison and synthesis, structural, factor, economic and statistical analysis and decomposition, strategic and structural-functional analysis, image and graphic-analytical. Results: for the first time on the basis of evaluation of the potential of increasing of the financial capacity of rural territorial communities substantiated expedience simultaneous expansion functions that rely on local authorities, and sources of formation of income of local budgets in terms of realization of administrative-territorial reform in Ukraine, improved conceptual foundations of the financial support of rural territorial communities development, directions of use of financial support instruments of rural territorial entities according to their types, systematization of attributes of territorial community as an entity of local government by introducing psychological and natural attributes. Use: in the activity of the Commission on budgetary matters, socio-economic development and community ownership of the Lviv Regional Council, Chyzhykiv Village Council, Pidberiztsi Village Council and Chornushovychi Village Council.
