Object of study: public administration management training in higher education. Purpose: justification is the conceptual foundations of innovative governance mechanisms preparation of students in the context of administrative specialties reforming management education. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, comparative analysis. Results: The study of practical recommendations for improving governance mechanisms preparing students management specialties. Novelty: developed innovative mechanisms of state influence on management training in higher education; classification of improved governance mechanisms management education; developed further generalization of the complex factors that shape the main features of the future specialist in management and other activities introduced in the Department of Education and Science of the Khmelnytsky Oblast State Administration. Application areas: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
