The object of research is the process of agrarian enterprises profit management. The research purpose is the substantiation of theoretical and methodical positions of organizational and economic bases of agrarian enterprises profit management and working out the scientific and practical recommendations to improve directions of their developing. The research was executed using such methods, as: abstractly- logical, monographic, economically-statistic, correlation-regressive, calculation-structural, grouping, questionnaire, formalization. The scientific novelty of results is theoretical generalization and solving of scientific task related to elaboration of organization and economic bases of agrarian enterprises profit management in particular the substantiation has been given for the scientific bases of process realization of agrarian enterprises profit management included complex estimation of its efficiency according to coefficient reflected net financial result and integral estimation of financial and economic stability. The main provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations. Sphere of use is agrarian enterprises, governments, higher education institutions.
