Doroshenko D. The system of financial legislation of Ukraine.

Thesis deals with the system of financial legislation of Ukraine. Content of the category "financial legislation" was found and reviled, current system of financial legislation of Ukraine and peculiarities of its elements were analyzed, interrelationships and interdependence of the latters were defined. The correlation of financial law and financial legislation was identified. The system fundamentals of financial legislation construction are investigated, the principles of financial law, public financial activity and principles of financial legislation were demarcated and analyzed. Vertical and horizontal structure of financial regulations was outlined. Such forms of systematization of financial legislation as codification, incorporation and consolidation were considered.
