Gvasaliya D. Budgetary security of the state's social function

Object: process of forming and realization of the budgetary providing of social function of the state. Purpose: generalization of theoretical positions and development of scientifically-methodical approaches and methods in relation to forming and realization of the budgetary providing of social function of the state. Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization; structural analysis; grouping; comparison; economy-mathematical methods. It is offered: scientifically-methodical approach in relation to: estimations of the use of charges of budget of Ukraine, determination of level of providing of population by social services and blessings, providing of possibility of research of influencing of size of social charges on education, health protection, spiritual and physical development social defence and public welfare on the standard of living of population, determination of essence of concept "budgetary relations", opening of maintenance of concept "social function of the state"; scientifically-methodical principles of the use of social standards; analytical approach to estimation of the legislatively-normative providing of budgetary relations of foreign countries.
