Mohammad A. Improving of efficiency of fodder shredder-mixer for small cattle

Object of research - technological process of making three-component feed mixture in the continuous-running food mixer with a rotating hopper for small cattle, the windingof which is equipped with blades and lengtheners. The aim is to improve the efficiency of the process of preparation of the three-component feed mixture for small cattle through the development and use of the continuous-running food mixer with rotating hopper, the winding of which is equipped with the blades and lengtheners. Theoretical studies were performed using elements of the theoretical mechanics, differential and integral calculus and mathematical modeling. The results of experimental studies were processed using elements of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics. The rational construction and technological parameters of the new continuous-running food mixer were theoretically and experimentally justified, and also their impact on the efficiency of the technological mixing process was determinedin the paper. The novelty of technical solutions of the continuous-running food mixer with rotating hopper, the winding of which is equipped with blades and lengthenersis protected by patent of Ukraine for the utility model. The prototype model of the food chopper-mixer in the construction of which the new mixer is an independent module, was tested successfully in terms of the livestock farm Ltd "Lugansk Seed Station" of Slavyanoserbskdistrict of Lugansk region.
