Essay

The object of the research is a process of still grain seed row crops with the disk pneumatic vacuum sowing device with peripheral cells. The aim of the research is to improve the seed row crops pneumatic sowing device. Theoretical studies were performed with the use of elements of theoretical mechanics, differential and integral calculus and mathematical modeling. The results of experimental studies processed using elements of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics. This paper theoretically and experimentally grounded rational structural and kinematic parameters of the seed disc with peripherally located cells and passive trunk seed centrifugal method. The dependence of the impact of design parameters of pneumatic-mechanical sowing device on the technological parameters of its work was found. The novelty of technical solutions of pneumatic-mechanical sowing device is protected by two patents of Ukraine for useful models. The prototype of pneumatic drills for sowing seeds of cultivated crops was field tested in the AIC "Favorite" in Kirovograd region, and then passed design documentation to "Astarte Group" and AIC "Favorite" for production startup.
