Essay

The thesis deals with researching the ways of improving methodological support of the methods and means of identifying production risks in forging shops. The results of theo-retical studies of ways to assess safety of the equipment using the "fault tree" or "failure tree" are introduced. The production risk at working place in forging shops based on the probability of combined manifestation of both technical and human failures is defined. The results of determining the levels of technological line axes operator-manipulator's whole-body vibration at the workplace of forging production are defined. According to the proposed mathematical model a computer program that allows to improve the management of system protection of work by simplifying the disclosure of the mechanism of formation of causality and process of change in the production risk, which allows to predict its performance and justify actions to reduce them is worked out. The method and vibration isolation unit of anvil hammer with rocker and under anvil stove due to the dynamic fluctuations.
