The thesis comprehensively investigated and defined administrative and legal basis for regulating the activities of civil service departments to combat economic crime. Analyzed the concept, nature, elements, objectives, tasks, functions and principles of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of units DSBEZ MVS of Ukraine, the main disadvantages of domestic legislation in this area, and suggests ways to overcome and improve the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of subdivisions DSBEZ MVS of Ukraine.
