Semchyk O. The mechanism of land right realization by Railway Transport of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the complex study of adaptation the information legislation of Ukraine to the international legal standards in the conditions of development the information society, namely the determination of the content and features of the adaptation of information legislation, its conceptual, legal and institutional bases, clarifying the prospects of using the international information and legal standards in the legal regulation of information relations in Ukraine, the improvement of the process of adaptation, and information legislation of Ukraine in the conditions of development the information society. It is proposed to consider the adaptation of information legislation of Ukraine as the process of special interaction between rules of the national information law and international standards of information law, and the use of the latter in the sphere of information relations in Ukraine, which is based on the provisions of the theory of implementation. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the process of adaptation the information legislation of Ukraine are defined. The conceptual apparatus of the problem and the approach for developing the new judicial sources of legal information law in Ukraine are improved. The contain of international information and legal principles, their role and importance for the improvement of information legislation of Ukraine as the object to adaptation are founded. The international character of information law of Ukraine and its impact at the national information legislation is justified. The directions of future researches that will contribute to forming the methodology of adaptation the Ukrainian legislation and theoretic and legal bases of the science of legal information right are suggested. The suggestions of the improvement the legal regulation of information relations in Ukraine, including information legislation of Ukraine, are formulated
