Datsenko V. Improving technology and equipment for processing of municipal solid waste

Subject of inquiry is the sorting processes of municipal solid waste (MSW) for small-and dispersed collection sites. Thesis objective is the establishment features and patterns of MSW sorting using block and mobile screening plants. Research methods: systematic approach and analysis of existing research and previous experience of the research in the theory and methods of solid waste management; analytical studies using numerical analysis of the fundamental tenets of the theory of sorting, probability theory; experimental studies using methods of physical simulation workflows with the statistical treatment of the results of experiments. Theoretical and practical results: substantiated technical feasibility and economic viability of application block and mobile installations sorting of household waste; specific recommendations for the use of mobile units and block sorting of household waste; installed rational routes mobile unit sorting of household waste; introduced rational decisions on the design block and mobile installations sorting MSW in the educational process in the preparation of graduation projects by students majoring 7.090214 "Hoisting , building, road , reclamation machines and equipment". Novelty of the research: first established patterns of sorting of municipal solid waste with the possibility of compression ratio ? = 0, ?=2, ?=4; first established conditions for the effective application of MSW sorting technology and equipment for its implementation with regard to their scope and range of locations ; further developed analytical relations for determining rational arrangement of block and mobile installations sorting of household waste; improved evidence-based analytical and experimental studies of the parameters and workflows block and mobile installations sorting MSW. Implementation extent: the technology of using mobile screening plant in Makeyevka and resort towns of Donetsk Region (Yalta, Shurovo, Urzuf, Sedov, Melekino). Introduced the use of block mounting sorting MSW Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, which has resulted in the annual economic effect on the object 35752 UAH., With a maximum load installation 203291 UAH., Through the implementation of secondary raw materials , and savings spent on utilities services , which engaged in export and disposal of MSW. Range of application: sort the MSW at small-and dispersed collection sites.
