Abduraimova E. Increasing of efficiency of agricultural lands usage in transformation economy

Theoretical and methodical aspects of the land usage are investigated. The analysis of reformation of the land relations in Ukraine is conducted and the basic tasks of further reformation of the industry are determined. The methodical approach on determination of efficiency of agricultural land usage taking into account the intercommunication of land efficiency index and quality descriptions of land resources is developed. On the basis of a given methodic, predicted significance of capital investment compensation to 1 hectare of agricultural lands and gross production increase in agricultural sector of the Crimea are determined. The main directions of state regulation strategy of effective agricultural land usage are developed.
