The dissertation is devoted to the study theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on improvement of state innovation policy of the innovative-active enterprises and directions efficient use of resources in the process of expanding profiles of activity. In the work improved the essence of the concept "the potential of innovation-active enterprises". The necessity of formation of organizational-economic mechanism of innovative development of a diversified industrial enterprises. Analyzed the current state innovation policy and prospects of development of innovation-active enterprises, which allowed to substantiate the necessity of introduction of innovations in the activity of a diversified industrial enterprises. It is established, that one of the forms of activation of innovation policy in Ukraine for the near future may become a regional centre of innovation and technology management at the state level. Methodological recommendations on the development of a common strategy of innovation-active enterprises, based on the objective function of the economic-mathematical model for determining the optimal profiles of activity and net income.
