Object of research - electron tunneling through potential barriers in the non-stationary magnetic and non-magnetic tunnel junctions. Research goals:research of new high-frequency electromagnetic effects. Research methods: methods of radiophysics to research of high-frequency properties of non-stationary tunnel junctions. Results:has been found negative differential conductance and effect of giant tunnel magnetoimpedance in non-stationary tunnel junctions in the terahertz frequency range. The application area is radiophysics.
