The thesis lays a foundation for the scientific and economic basis and the practical recommendations for improving the marketing activity of agrarian higher educational establishments. The essence and the economic content of relations marketing as a base for economic subject activity at the market of educational services is specified. The components of agrarian higher educational establishments' complex are justified and their specificity is systemized. The proposed methodology for the evaluation of the demand for educational services dependence on these factors allows to develop and to forecast its modification for the regulative influence in the best interests of all subjects at the higher school educational services market. The complex model for the evaluation of agrarian higher educational establishments com-petitiveness based on a considered quantitative assessment of educational services parameters is elaborated. The marketing tools for the influence on consumers target groups are proposed, the practical recommendations for the improvement of educational services markets supply complex are elaborated.
