Glushko A. Scientific and methodological framework for implementation of the state regulatory policy in the Ukraine

Оbject - the process of realization of public regulator policy; an aim is a ground of scientifically-methodical principles of realization of public regulator policy in Ukraine and development of the applied recommendations in relation to the increase of her efficiency in modern terms; methods - statistical, systemic-structural analysis, program-target, index; novelty - developed scientific approach to the study of the effectiveness of the implementation of state regulatory policy, which provides for the analysis of regulatory measures in the national economy and synthesis of the results obtained to determine their multiplicative influence on the efficiency of implementation of state regulatory policy; developed methodical approach to integrated assessment of the effectiveness of regulatory policy at the macro and micro levels in Ukraine; a methodical approaches to the choice of perspective directions of implementation of the state regulatory policy with regard to national interests and economic needs of the country; results - practical recommendations on increase of efficiency of implementation of state regulatory policy in Ukraine on the basis of forecasting economic conditions that allows to provide dynamic changes of state regulatory policy in the short and long run; the directions of improvement of the institutional providing of the state regulatory policy in the context of its main structural elements (institutional- organizational, institutional-legal, institutional-personnel); industry - economy and management a national economy.
