Shyshova Y. Management mechanisms of an enterprise value under conditions of environmentally oriented development (in the context of engineering enterprises)

Research object: the process of value-based management on the enterprise and management mechanisms of an enterprise value under conditions of environmentally oriented development. Research aim: to improve theoretical and methodological approaches to the forming of the management mechanisms of an enterprise value under conditions of environmentally oriented development. Research methods: system structural and logical analysis; comparative analysis; prediction methods; graphical analysis; methods of mathematic economic model. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological development and practical proposals that promote cost management companies. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the gap of weighted average cost of capital of the enterprise coming from functional dependence of its change from the parameter of ecorelevancy, the estimation of which is based on relative aggregated assessment of value loss, predetermined by environmental performance of investment project, over economic horizon of value management. Degree of implementation: scientific, methodical and practical results have been implemented in activity of: Public JSC "NASOSENERGOMASH", the "Designer bureau of "UKRSPECMASH"Ltd, in the educational process of Sumy State University.
