Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the development of thermosensitive hydrogel nanocomposites with controlled chemocolloidal properties based on acrylic monomers (N-isopropylacrylamide, acrylamide, acrylic acid and N,N'-methylenbisacrylamide) and nano-sized magnetite or multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The influence of physicochemical factors on the synthesis, chemocolloidal and biological properties of filled and unfilled hydrogel systems had been studied. The influence of physical and chemical factors on the formation of magnetite inside of pore space of hydrogel matrices and on the properties of the ferrogels had been determined. Investigation of cytotoxicity of ferrogels showed, that they can be used in medicine. The influence of nature and concentration of surfactant, sonication time of carbon nanotubes (CNT) suspensions in water and aqueous solutions of acrylic monomers on their stability and the dispersibility degree was established. Nanocomposites with carbon nanotubes had been obtained and their properties were studied.
