The object of research is the development of production and processing of milk. The aim of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological principles of formation of competitive strategies for the production and processing of milk on agricultural enterprises. The scientific value of the results is complex theoretical rationale and practical solutions for creating competitive strategies for the production and processing of milk on agricultural enterprises. The study was conducted using techniques such as abstract logical, scientific abstraction, systems and economic analysis, PEST-analysis and economic-mathematical prediction.
