Chorna K. Subjects of Legal Relationship in the Sphere of Occupational Safety and Hygiene

The work asserts notion and bases of legal regulation of the right to occupational safety and hygiene, analyses genesis of establishment and development of legal regulation of occupational safety and hygiene, studies notion and features of subjects of legal relationship in the sphere of occupational safety and hygiene, analyzes content of legal relationship in the sphere of occupational safety and hygiene, defines peculiarities of legal status of subjects of legal relationship in the sphere of occupational safety and hygiene, specifies ways of cooperation among subjects of legal relationship in the sphere of occupational safety and hygiene. The dissertation formulates ways of enhancement for the mechanism of support of legal regulation of occupational safety and hygiene and proves appropriateness of making amendments and supplements to labour legislature in force and to draft Labour Code of Ukraine in the questions of safety and hygiene.
