Martushev S. Subjects and forms of workers pension security

In this work, defined the place and importance of subjects and forms of workers pension security in the state, which has declared itself a social, examined the historical development and the establishment of workers pension security, analyzed their principles and guarantees, revealed the system of subjects of workers pension security, and also types and directions of optimization of forms of workers pension security. It was established that under the pension security to be understood form of social and material welfare of citizens, foreigners and stateless persons, who takes the form of complex legal actions agreed repayment to disabled citizens to meet the necessities of life and is characterized by regularity of monthly payments in case of social risks, including disability, old age and other circumstances expressly provided for by law and protected by the state.
