Dissertation is devoted to research of an issue of legal regulation of supervision and control over labour protection legislature observance. The work gives theoretical characteristic of control and supervision activity over labour protection legislature observance. It studies role of subjects of such activity in labour protection legislature observance. The dissertation specifies main problems of legal regulation of supervision and control over labour protection legislature observance, proposes ways of its solution with the aim of enhancement of the system of supervision and control over labour protection legislature observance. Special attention is given to activity of subjects of relationship in the sphere of supervision and control over labour protection legislature observance, to their competence and delimitation of their functions. The dissertation formulates concrete propositions for enhancement of the system of organs of supervision and control over labour protection legislature observance. The work proposes amendments to legislature in force and elaborating legislative proposals for regulation of supervision and control over labour protection legislature observance.
