The dissertation solved a number of scientific and practical problems related to the creation and implementation of innovative tools for assessing the competitiveness of construction enterprises (CE), which replies to the peculiarities of the operating system of construction enterprise and specifics of construction project management, the nature of interactions between the external and internal environment and their impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. The results of the study is a reliable basis for the assessment of the competitiveness of CE, its dynamics and reserves its improvement. The results of the aggregate is formalized tool aimed to provide customers construction project adequately assess the level of benefits of tender CE as a precondition for its success in implementing construction investment projects
