Essay

Coordinating interaction in system management relations subjects of state regulation of the securities market. To substantiate the areas for improvement mechanism for coordinating activities of state regulation of the securities market and to develop its revised structure; develop proposals for the feasibility of the proposed mechanism of improving coordination with the requirements of international standards. Research methods are: abstraction, generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systems analysis, analytical, comparative, logical and semantic, structural and functional analysis, decomposition, economic and statistical analysis, theoretical modeling. It has been proved that application integration approach to the scientific study of complex mechanism for coordinating activities of state securities regulation provides a significant improvement of its management as a process and the nature of the system: the functional purpose - providing a dependency of some actions by other entities within an organized system communication flows; as a form of control - creates a special organizational subsystem coordinate to achieve a common goal autonomous institutions. This is reflected in the structure of the developed integrated coordination mechanism based on three forms of interaction: coordination and management Subordinate relationship between state regulators, coordinating interaction between the subjects of public policy on financial sector development, network communications between entities coordinating decision-making. Case studies in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, National Bank of Ukraine, the Committee on Finance and Banking of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing.
