Kravchenko G. Public administration in the sphere of medical care under the conditions of health care system reformation

Object of research: the formation and implementation of public health policy development in Ukraine. Purpose: is the theoretical foundation and justification of the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of organizational provision of primary health (health) care in Ukraine with regard to the general trends and the functioning of real funding opportunities in this sphere transformation conditions. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, comparative analysis. Results: development of practical recommendations to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of organizational support system providing primary health care in Ukraine. Novelty: developed a comprehensive mechanism of state regulation of the operation of the various organizational entities providing primary health care in a single medical space; improved approaches to determine the content of the mechanisms of state regulation of the structural and organizational changes primary care (health) care; was further developed definitions of "health care system", "state regulation of health development" and others introduced to the work of the Public health agencies "Kharkiv City Hospital student" and Kharkov National Automobile and Highway University. Fields of application: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
