The thesis is dedicated to study theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to forensic examination remade objects in firearms. Using scientific publishing the definition of remade objects in firearms was discovered. Also the problems of certification process were defined. The classification of mentioned weapons was submitted. The tracing mechanism on cartridges and bullets was considered, detailed list of objects seized at the crime scene examination was complicated. The list of questions related to forensic research remade objects in firearms was proposed.
