Essay

A scientific task, which is directed on the increase of efficiency of process of enriching of the concentrated forage with fat-soluble vitamins by the ground of parameters of process and development of new gravity mixer which will provide the increase of surfaces of line-to-line contact of friable material and liquid, is decided in dissertation. The mathematical models of process of disintegration of stream of liquid and dynamics of diphasic layer of the concentrated forage, which is irrigated by a drop stream, are created. Got dependences of rate of movement of centre-of-mass drops of liquid, their plan of speeds from charges, pressure and viscidity of liquid and trajectory of motion of drops of liquid, in the dispersed layer of friable materials and certain quality of their distributing depending on structurally technological parameters of mixer.
