Pivtorak V. Institutional Support of the Development of Small Entrepreneurship in Agriculture

Object of research: the process of securing institutional environment of small domestic business in the agricultural sector of the economy. Goal: studying of the theoretical and methodological foundations of further development of small business and the development of measures to improve the efficiency of institutional support of small business development in agricultural sector. Methods: dialectical, historical, abstract, logical, comparison, economics and statistics. Theoretical and practical results: There are considered institutional aspects of domestic agribusiness and presented the results from the historical overview of the evolution of the concept "entrepreneurship". The main components of the institutional environment of small agricultural enterprises, the main problems of their operations and their solutions are defined. The novelty is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of institutional support of small business development in agriculture. Degree of implementation: the proposed measures of improving the agricultural policy to support small businesses on formation of favorable conditions for its development will be taken into account in developing programs for small and medium businesses in Kalinovka district of Vinnitsa region. Some results have been practically implemented in the agricultural activities of farm enterprise "Obriy" Vinnitsa region. Sectors (industry) use: small agricultural enterpreneurship.
