Romanjak D. Disciplinary proceedings in the work of the prosecution.

Thesis is devoted to the nature of the disciplinary proceedings in the prosecution. In order to determine the content of the disciplinary proceedings in the prosecution analyzes place the prosecution in the system of government, the legal nature of the service within the prosecution and the possibility of assigning prosecutors to civil servants. Analysis of existing views of scientists and critical approach to the definition of some of these groups made it possible to draw the appropriate conclusions, including that prosecutors assigning to the public administration, as recent activities aimed at ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and the protection of the public interest.
