In the thesis the theoretical essence of small business forms in agriculture was investigated; the basic features of market conjuncture were considered; specific properties of grain market were noted. The analysis of grain market conjuncture was done. The organizational-economic activity of small forms of management in agriculture was estimated. Status of production and sale of grain production of small forms of management was also analyzed. The basic perspective directions of development of small forms management in the grain market were presented. The benefits that the small forms of management will get in case of their cooperation were grounded. The system of state regulation of economic activity of subjects in the grain market was proposed.
