Kolodiy M. The development of enterprises in agriculture

In this dissertation work it is cleared up the theoretical foundations of the economic nature of enterprises, defined their peculiarities in agriculture; analyzed the legal framework, which provides business regulations, and practice of implementing its positions; formed methodological principles of dissertation research. It is evaluated the tendency of amount of production and sales of agricultural enterprises in Lviv region; shown the dynamics of indicators of efficiency and its relationship with the enterprises size; determined the features of entrepreneurship in the context of administrative districts. It is justify the ways to improve state and regional regulatory policy as a tool for creating a favorable business environment for enterprise development in agriculture; defined the paths of transition to innovative investment model of agricultural enterprises development. With the help of solution economic and mathematical model of the optimal industrial structure of production, it is concluded about the opportunity for the effective functioning of small-sized enterprises.
