Kits M. Improvement of mechanism of state support of agricultural enterprises.

Economic essence of state support of agriculture is highlighted as well as the necessity of its improvement in the current economic conditions is proved in the thesis. The main theoretical and methodological foundations and methodological bases of research are determined. Some tendencies in forms, directions and amounts of state support of agricultural enterprises are revealed. The distribution of state budget funds due to sectors and directions are analyzed. Efficiency indices of state support of agricultural enterprises are determined in the thesis as well. Ways of modernization and improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of effective state support of agricultural enterprises are proved. Some suggestions as for improvement of criterion requirements for enterprise-recipients of state financial support, and monitoring of the effectiveness of allocated funds use are developed by the author. The amount of funds needed to increase the efficiency of innovation-based production of agricultural enterprises is determined using econometric model.
