Polykhovich L. Organizational and legal issues of production, processing and marketing of agricultural products in context of WTO's requirements.

The thesis deals with the multicenter study of organizational and legal issues of production, processing and marketing of agricultural products in Ukraine in the context of the WTO. The paper analyzes the current legal framework of agricultural production in Ukraine, as well as its processing and distribution; elucidates the nature of the legal regulation of the relevant relations by the WTO law, describes the process of harmonization of the law in Ukraine and WTO in the considered area; special aspects of legal regulation of agricultural production (vegetable and animal origin), its processing and distribution in accordance with Ukraine's commitments to the WTO. A lot of attention is paid to the statutory and regulatory securing of the measures of state support for domestic agricultural producers, who comply with the conditions of Ukraine's membership in the WTO. As a result, the study formulated a number of proposals to improve the current agrarian legislation of Ukraine.
