Aim of the stady: the study of complex clinical and aromaticheskikh indicators in patient with diabetes mellitus (DM) and optimization of diagnostics of diabetic polyneuropathy. Research methods and apparatus: clinical, laboratory, biochemical, tool, statistics; apparatus "Neurotron Inc.", thermal tip (Thip-term), monofilament, the tuning fork Riedel Seifert 128 Hz, Doppler Sonoline B MHz.Teoretical and practical results: the results of the study deepen the existing knowledge about the prevalence of diabetic polyneuropathy of varying severity, the importance of defferent risk factors in the formation and progression of this complicacation (DM). The author obtained results have allowed to reveal and describe the presence not only of hypoesthesia, but anesthesia, giperstesia affected nerve fibers;proven relationship between blood flow in lower limbs and failure of nerve fibers that were surveyed; the efficiency of the method of nanometre not only for the diagnosis of clinical polyneuropathy, but for subclinical forms;shown to reduce symptoms of polyneuropathy at different stages of treatment using a special combination of vitamins B. Novelty:the use of a modern method diagnostics DPNP-nanometre, for the first time defined the theshold of perception of the current fibers A?, A? and С the degree of disturbance and destruction of fibers that were surveyed, and also determined the severity polyneuropathy with nanometre and special neurological scales and objective evidence obtained nerve fibers in patients who had no complaints, characteristic of polyneuropathy. The degree of introduction: results of researches are introduced into clinical practice and pedagogical work at the Department of diabetology at NMAPE named P.L. Shupik. Area of application: endocrinology.
