Ovdienko V. The legal regulation of hunting in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to complex and comprehensive research of the problems of the legal regulation of hunting in Ukraine. The historical and legal analysis of the genesis and development of the legal institute of hunting in Ukraine is carried out in the study. The definitions of "hunting", "hunting animals", "illegal hunting" are investigated in modern conditions. The range of subjects of right to use the hunting grounds was determined, the classification of hunting was implemented, the features of hunting animals were formulated. Based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, international legal as well as the results of domestic research on theoretical questions of legal regulation of hunting, the essence and content of this concept in the legal literature, gaps in the legislation are identified and separate scientifically based proposals for the improvement of legal regulation of public relations in the field of hunting are formulated.
