Smirna O. Emission policy of domestic enterprises in the world fund market

Essence of emission policy of enterprise and her place in general financial strategy is considered, it high-quality descriptions are studied. Economic maintenance of the Initial Public Offering in the world fund market is exposed, the methodical going near the estimation of his efficiency is described. A place and role of financial communication in the emission policy of enterprise at the fund market is investigated, and also influence of information on strategy of enterprise's financing is uncovered. The features of emission policy of domestic enterprises in the world fund market are appraised, factors which determine her parameters are distinguished, and intercommunications between descriptions of ІРО and financially-economic state of issuer are set. Influence of financial relations of enterprise with the participants of world fund market on quantitative descriptions of ІРО and post-emission development of issuer is certain. The component elements of post-emission strategy of corporation which carried out ІРО in the world fund market are described. On the basis of the conducted research the methodical approach to the evaluation of efficiency of enterprise's emission policy at the fund market is offered and approved. Measures, sent to the improvement of level of financial communication of the Ukrainian enterprises in the process of the Initial Public Offering, are reasonable.
