Object of research: the process of forming the planning system in enterprises. Purpose - to study theoretical positions and the development of guidelines on creating an integrated system of planning in enterprises heating. Methods: creativity, deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison, typologies, systems and process approach, semiotic and cybernetic modeling, multi-functional factor analysis, methods of peer review, statistical and analytical and graphical methods. Theoretical and practical results: improved teortetyko and methodological support of pho-rmuvannya integrated planning system on which the system of planning and system plans of heating enterprises. Scientific novelty: the methodical approaches to the analysis of formation and the formation of an integrated system for planning, teaching position analysis of plans, methodological tools of forming plans, methodological tools for evaluating the effectiveness of planning, resource optimization is proposed planning method based on the CVP-models and principles for provisions-structure formation SYSTEMS integrated planning.
