Kharina E. Ecological-economic management of the milk processing enterprises.

In the thesis the theoretical approaches to the essence definition of ecological-economic management of milk processing enterprises are summarized; the essence and its levels are determined. The main principles of ecological-economic management of the domestic milk processing enterprises are developed. We analyzed existing classification and grouped basic instruments of ecological-economic management, which are typical for the dairy industry. The procedure and indicators of efficiency estimation of ecological-economic management of milk processing enterprises are developed. The development trends of Ukrainian milk processing enterprises under condition of transition thereof to the sustainable development concept are emphasized. The comprehensive efficiency estimation of ecological and economic management of the dairy industry is carried out, which in turn allowed revealing their competitive position, and taking corrective measures in case of discrepancy or deterioration of ecological or economic condition. The need for environmental responsibility intensification and improvement of ecological awareness of the dairy factories' staff as a factor to increase the efficiency of ecological-economic management is explained. Thus, it was suggested to improve the organizational management structure in the milk processing enterprise. The main stages of implementing the environmental labeling in domestic milk processing enterprises are worked out; the advantages of labeled products are identified. The investment project for reconstructing one of the manufacturing sites of the dairy processing enterprise JSC "Kagma" in Kaharlyk city, Kyiv region are calculated.
