Object of research - the process to avoid crises of economic agents. Purpose - a theoretical study and research and development of guidelines on the formation of an early warning system for threats to crisis situations in the enterprise service centers. Methods - statistical analysis, discriminat analysis, analysis of variance. Novelty - Methodical guidelines for the development of early warning systems, which, unlike existing symptoms include diagnosing the crisis by means of vectors indicators dangerous changes in the external and internal environment of the company.
