Kobzev I. The effectiveness of rational use and reproduction of natural resource potential of the agrarian sector of Ukraine

Object of research is process of rational use natural resource potential of the agrarian sector. The aim of the study is to improve the theoretical-methodological approaches and elaboration of scientific-practical proposals for organizational-economic mechanism of formation of the economic system of reproduction of the natural resource potential of the agrarian sector in the conditions of development of market of mixed economy. Research methods: abstract-logical, statistical and economic, modeling, monographic, settlement and constructive, experimental. Novelty - improved: - conceptual-terminological apparatus reproduction of natural resources; the mechanism of organizational-methodological support of the process of regulation, rational use and reproduction of natural resources; methodical approach regarding instrumentalnogo process ensuring rational use and reproduction of natural resources; received further development: - the organizational-legal form of the rational use of natural resources; methodological approaches for improving the efficiency use of natural resource potential. The results of the research are used by the State administration of environmental protection in Dnipropetrovsk region during the analysis of efficiency of use and reproduction of natural resource potential of the agrarian sector (letter from 02 April 2012 No. 4-206-1-1), and in the work of agricultural development Krivoy Rog rayon state administration in Dnepropetrovsk region, (letter from 03 April 2012 No. 73/12-02).
