The dissertation presents the conception of the positive responsibility of person as the relationship, in which the subjective rights and duties of person are voluntarily and knowingly implemented and which are objectified in his/her good behavior. It is singled out natural and social determinants of positive liability. Natural (individual) determinants are treated as factors related to physical, physiological organization of the person and the properties of the nervous system, the body's function as innate and conditioned by some environmental extents (consciousness, intelligence, will, emotions and feelings).
