This research focuses on the content of the employment relationship in the liquidation and bankruptcy. The research analyzes the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine in the regulation of this type of employment relationship. The concepts of "meaning labour relations in the liquidation and bankruptcy of the company", "subjective rights of labour relations in the liquidation and bankruptcy of enterprises" and "legal obligations of parties to labour relations in the liquidation and bankruptcy of the company" are examined, the features of the content of labour relations at elimination or bankruptcy are defined.
